After registering, watch your inbox for an email with some more details! We will also ask for your team name. Be creative! 
 Remember, teams must consist of 2-4 participants, age 10 and up, with at least one adult on the team. 
How it works:
Everyone will be given the same 500-piece puzzle to start at exactly the same time. With the clock ticking, your team will race to complete your puzzle fastest and hope to win the grand prize. The top three teams will all receive a prize.
Each team will get to keep the puzzle even if it is not completed in the allotted time. 
Please arrive for check-in between 6:30-6:45pm. The puzzle race will begin promptly at 7:00pm, late comers will not be credited any time.
Location:
The event will take place in the Somenos room at the Cowichan Community Centre. This is on the second floor of the theatre building. We will have signs to point you to the right place. This is a fully accessible facility, with elevators to the second floor and wide doorways to pass through. If you have any accessibility requirements or requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. There is free parking at the community centre. 
Cancellation Policy:
All registrations are non-refundable. Entries are transferrable, although it is your responsibility to arrange this and submit the new registrants to the organizers. No-shows will not be given a credit.
